Welcome to the Neighborhood

This fortnights challenge at Melonheadz is:  Celebrations!  A friend of mine is moving soon and I thought a new home was a good reason to celebrate.  Found a stamp set by My Favorite Things called "Homespun Birdhouse" and it included this sentiment. While it's not exactly a "congrats-on-your-home" card, I know I would be thrilled to receive this cute card from a new neighbor! What do you think?
