Always Learning...

Well learning from my mistakes...Apparently ink doesn't sit well on acrylic paint. I believe I should've gesso'd this before stamping but I don't have any in stock. If anyone recommends a gesso that dries clear, let me know in the comments!

Coffee & Friends... Perfect Blend. These stamps are from Catherine Pooler and I used her "Over Coffee" Ink. Probably should've used Midnight, but I'm loving this shade of brown.

I started practicing acrylic paint pouring on canvas. It's so relaxing to mix the paint and create a masterpiece! I used 110lb cardstock to pick up the paint spills leftover on the table to create this unique background.

Watercoloring

I had stamped or embossed several images onto watercolor paper for this hop and began to break out the paint brushes when a friends 3 year old decided she wanted to help.  Needless to say, this is her work of art. I simply mounted it onto yellow cardstock for a simple fun card!

Created a sweet and simple card for day 4 of the coffee lovers bloghop. Love this paper from Mambi Sheets (found at Hobby Lobby.)

 The little bat stickers were found at Dollar Tree for a buck! Have kitty ones too! :) Love the brown sequins from pretty pink posh.

Another fun image stamped onto watercolor cardstock.  Used my Kuretake watercolors again, they are so easy to use with such vibrant colors! I found the 12 color set on clearance at Hobby Lobby for $10.00!! Yay!
